Strenght and Cycling
promotes an in-depth approach among cycling instructors. Promotes a workout taken beyond the boundaries of cycling in the gym, to the type of functional training.
The duration of the class is 50 minutes and is a training structured in 2 stages:
- Cycling - 25 minutes
- Circuit - 25 minutes
This type of training complements the indoor cycling classes and creates an integrated program helping the student to achieve the desired goals.
Practically, everything that cannot be achieved through indoor cycling training (mainly cardio) is completed with the STRENGHT & CYCLING class:
- muscle conditioning, especially in the area of postural muscles, which compensates for muscle groups that are not actively involved in the cycling class,
- injury prevention
- improved flexibility
- muscular endurance
