In addition to the fact that, from the beginning, they “force” us to discipline ourselves, to create a training schedule, these are constantly coordinated and supervised by the instructor who leads them.
The exercises are adapted according to the physical shape and the level of training of the participants (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
The instructor encourages and motivates the participants, infuses them with energy and they compete with themselves.
The music is dynamic and creates a state of well-being, thus the participants being distracted from the effort made during the training.
